We are proud to announce the launch of the new resident version of the Painted Prairie app, your one-stop guide to everything our community has to offer. With this new version, we hope to foster neighborhood connections and provide easy access to community information from the convenience of your phone.
What the Painted Prairie App Includes
Exclusive to residents, this version of the app has several key features to keep you connected to all things Painted Prairie:

Dynamic Home Feed – The more you use the app, the more the app learns about you and adjusts your Home Feed content accordingly!
Community Events & Updates – Learn more about April’s Easter Egg Hunt and check back often for more information on upcoming summer events and community happenings.
Garden Plot Reservations —Plant and harvest your very own food, available at the community gardens throughout Painted Prairie.
Community Amenity Reservations — Get the convenience of booking everything you need for that birthday party BBQ or playdate – right at your fingertips.
Clubs & Activities – Connect with neighbors who enjoy the same hobbies and interests. Join a club or suggest a new one!
Augmented Reality – Tap the “Map” from your Home Feed to see where points of interest are throughout the community. Click each one to get even more details. (Must be in the community to view this feature.)
Push Notifications – Allow push notifications to stay up-to-date on important news and happenings. (Don’t worry, we won’t be spammy!)

Getting Started
Homeowners and residents are added to our app system at the beginning of each month, so if you close on a new home in Painted Prairie on the 5th of the month, it won’t be until early the following month that you will have access to the app. Focus on getting settled in, meeting your neighbors, and then dive in to all of the resident information!
Between now and then, if you’d like to access information available to the general public, here’s how:
Visit the App Store on iPhones or Google Play store from Android devices and search for “Painted Prairie”
Download and follow prompts to login
After you tap the “Sign Up” button, please use the back arrow to return to the Home feed
