• Current Painted Prairie builder, David Weekley Homes will add its new single-family detached home models to its existing product lineup in the community. 

Epic Homes, KB Home Single Family, KB Home Villas, and McStain Neighborhoods will continue to build their highly successful product lines at Painted Prairie. All model homes are anticipated to begin construction this summer.
