Jessica Worthey

I’m excited to introduce myself as the Community Manager for Painted Prairie. I’ve been managing homeowners associations since 2014 and have had the opportunity to support communities through all stages of development — from early builder transition through long-term stabilization and growth.

My role is to help create a well-run, transparent, and collaborative community environment by supporting your Board, working closely with our development partners, and ensuring homeowners have clear communication, consistent standards, and a positive experience living here. I believe the foundation of a strong community is trust, responsiveness, and shared ownership in its success.

Carly Rogero

My name is Carly, and I'm the Lifestyle and Communications Director at Painted Prairie. My favorite part of this role is bringing people together through engaging events, meaningful programs and clear communication. Originally from Southern California, I moved to Colorado in 2023 with my husband and our dog, Bella, and have loved calling Colorado home ever since. I'm excited to get to know our residents and help make Painted Prairie an even more vibrant, connected and welcoming community.

Kristin Haarhues

My name is Kristin Haarhues, and I am the Dedicated Community Manager for Painted Prairie. I’ve been in community management for six years and truly enjoy the opportunity to connect with residents while supporting the growth of their community. As a Colorado native, I love all that our state has to offer. I’m grateful to be part of such a vibrant and thriving community and look forward to continuing to serve and grow alongside Painted Prairie.
