I’m excited to introduce myself as the Community Manager for Painted Prairie. I’ve been managing homeowners associations since 2014 and have had the opportunity to support communities through all stages of development — from early builder transition through long-term stabilization and growth.

My role is to help create a well-run, transparent, and collaborative community environment by supporting your Board, working closely with our development partners, and ensuring homeowners have clear communication, consistent standards, and a positive experience living here. I believe the foundation of a strong community is trust, responsiveness, and shared ownership in its success.

My name is Daniela Calvo, and I'm the Communications and Lifestyle Director. I've been dedicated to this industry for five years, and my favorite part of the job is building genuine connections and creating memorable experiences. Although I grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from Northeastern Illinois University, Colorado has been my home for over seven years. I'm excited to meet you all and continue building the vibrant spirit of our community through engaging events and clear, open communications.

My name is Kristin Haarhues, and I am the Dedicated Community Manager for Painted Prairie. I’ve been in community management for six years and truly enjoy the opportunity to connect with residents while supporting the growth of their community. As a Colorado native, I love all that our state has to offer. I’m grateful to be part of such a vibrant and thriving community and look forward to continuing to serve and grow alongside Painted Prairie.
