We have exciting news! Three homebuilder model homes will join Berkeley Homes’ models on North Lisbon Street in September. Located across the street from the future Town Center, these model homes feature indoor/outdoor living, amazing floor plans, and plenty of room to gather with family and friends. The New Home Co. will debut its Plan 2 model at 6196 N. Lisbon St., Aurora, CO 80019. Starting at $515,990, the two-story Plan 2 features 1,643 sq. ft. filled with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-car alley load garage. All six of New Home Co. Woodrose plans range from 1,288 sq. ft. to 2,190 sq. ft. have designed great home plans for working professionals, empty nesters, and families too.
Remington Homes will move its sales center to its newest model, The Chickadee at 6048 N. Lisbon St. Starting at $613,000 the two-story Chickadee features 2,565 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2-car alley-load garage, and a home office. Front yard landscaping is included, with the option to include a finished basement during buildout.
Meritage Homes is also moving its sales center and Woodland and Orchard models right around the corner to 6362 and 6364 N. Lisbon St. These two-story townhomes range from 1,487 to 1,874 sq. ft., with alley-load garages and are steps away from the future Town Center.
Along with Berkeley Homes’ two models – Residence 2 and Residence 3, these additions to Lisbon Street offer new options for those seeking a place to call home at Painted Prairie.

Once we heard of Painted Prairie in 2021, we were hooked! We loved the diversity of the community, the open space, and everything else it has to offer. Our house has very rapidly turned into a home. We actually met some of our closest friends at a Painted Prairie event.

The shared values of unity, diversity, and sustainability in the community align with what our family holds dear. It’s a place where children can thrive, and we can contribute positively to the community.
Being an active community while bringing us together on the different events throughout the year. We have been fortunate to enjoy the farmers markets, the neighborhood BBQ, the pancake breakfast, the family painting class, movies at the park and the Fall Festival! Our son and dog also love all the parks!
