Painted Prairie, announces the grand opening of Tri Pointe Homes’ newest collection of residences. The celebration will take place on Saturday, February 15, and Sunday, February 16, 2025, marking another milestone in the community’s growth and commitment to providing diverse housing options for Colorado families.
The grand opening celebration will feature tours of the new model homes, refreshments, and opportunities to learn more about Painted Prairie’s unique amenities, including High Prairie Park’s 22-acre expanse offering panoramic Rocky Mountain views, and the community’s extensive trail network.
