Painted Prairie Welcomes New Homebuilders

More choices, more great things happening as Berkeley Homes, Parkwood Homes and Remington Homes join the neighborhood’s best-in-class lineup of new homebuilders

AURORA, COLO., April 30, 2021 — Painted Prairie, one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Colorado, welcomes three new homebuilders to the community. Denver-based, new home brand Berkeley Homes; family-owned Parkwood Homes of Maryland; and homegrown Colorado builder, Remington Homes, are set to break ground on their new model homes later this summer.

  • Berkeley Homes, nationally recognized as one of the best in new home community development for “all who like their homes fresh and locally sourced,” will introduce its collection of fresh, contemporary, alley-fed, single-family detached homes.
  • Parkwood Homes, best known for its work in the award-winning Central Park community (formerly Stapleton), will offer its collection of single-family, detached homes with tuck-behind garages – a first for the Painted Prairie community.
  • Remington Homes, offers home buyers the opportunity to make their home uniquely their own throughout the construction process. The company will offer two single-family home models featuring either a front-load or alley-loaded garage.
  • Current Painted Prairie builder, David Weekley Homes will add its new single-family detached home models to its existing product lineup in the community.

Epic HomesKB Home Single FamilyKB Home Villas, and McStain Neighborhoods will continue to build their highly successful product lines at Painted Prairie. All model homes are anticipated to begin construction this summer.
