AURORA, COLO., Dec. 17, 2020 — Painted Prairie, a neo-traditional master-planned community in Aurora, secured two silver awards by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) for its Prairie Partner Broker Program and its Socially Distanced Opening events. The recognition was part of The Nationals awards program, the largest and most prestigious homebuilding awards competition in North America. Since 1982, the Nationals has celebrated North America’s best new-home sales and marketing and recognizes outstanding achievements in 12 categories.
“The Nationals is the ‘Best-in-Class’ awards program for our industry,” said Cheryl Schuette, Marketing Executive for Painted Prairie. “It is an honor to receive two 2021 silver awards in a competition with so many wonderful communities across the country. The Prairie Partner Broker Program – Best Realtor/Broker Program and the Painted Prairie Best Special Event Series – Best Special Promotion Limited Time Sales Event, placed in the top five among entries from across the country.
