Register your clients

Make sure to register your clients with Painted Prairie's builders to ensure you receive builder co-op guidelines and understand their requirements. The form is quick and easy, so it won't take long!

Once filled out, the selected builder(s) should be in touch with you shortly.

DOWNLOAD OUR NEW APP

Painted Prairie has launched a new native application that can be downloaded from your phone's App Store (for Apple users) or from Google Play (for Android users). Here, brokers have their own private portal with the ability to register clients, access exclusive broker events and resources, stay informed about builders and model homes, and more.

DO WE HAVE INVENTORY?

Great question. It changes on a weekly, if not daily basis, and varies by each builder. The easiest way to stay up to date is check out our Quick Move-In Homes. We also recommend contacting the individual builder Sales Center directly.
